Prepare the Substrate
Ensure the ceiling surface is clean, dry, and structurally sound. Install light-gauge metal or wooden furring strips at 400-600mm intervals perpendicular to the panel direction.

Install Perimeter Trim
Fix the matching PVC perimeter trim (U-channel or L-profile) along all four walls at the desired ceiling height. This provides a clean finish and houses the panel edges.

Snap & Fasten Panels
Insert the first panel tongue into the perimeter trim. Secure the groove side to furring strips using staples or screws. Snap each subsequent panel into the previous groove -- no visible fasteners required.

Cut & Finish
Score and snap or use a fine-tooth saw to trim panels to length. Apply color-matched corner profiles and end caps from our PVC Accessories range for a professional, seamless finish.
