What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 × 20ft Full Container Load (FCL). For mixed product containers, we can accommodate multiple SKUs in a single FCL. LCL (Less than Container Load) may be available for sample orders -- please inquire for details.
Do you provide fire test reports and compliance certificates?
Yes. Every FCL order includes professional fire-retardant test reports (Class B1, EN 13501), PVC content analysis, and international compliance documentation. We understand that passing local building inspections is critical for your business, and we ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
Can you do OEM / private label production?
Absolutely. We offer full OEM and private label services including custom colors, surface textures, panel dimensions, and branded packaging. What is the typical lead time for production and shipping?
Standard production lead time is 15-25 business days after order confirmation and deposit. OEM/custom orders may require 25-35 days. Shipping transit times vary by destination: approximately 30-40 days to Latin America, 20-30 days to the Middle East, and 10-20 days to Southeast Asia.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners with established track records, we can discuss Letter of Credit (L/C) terms. Contact our trade team to discuss the best arrangement for your situation.
